FEES & PAYMENTS
Our work is based on hourly costs and that is how time is calculated and accordingly allocated. That may be difficult for clients to visualize and it would vary significantly according to the size and the nature of a project. Our work shall always include any and all structural work that is incidental to the project and every project is custom designed, tailored to the project agenda we developed with our clients.
As numbers are clearer than any words, we have seen projects where our work could cost anywhere between 3% to 14% of the project construction cost, depending on the project, parts of the project and the location.
