MISSION

Avant-Garde Engineering began as a parallel to academic practice. Our initial goal was to engage in research and innovation focused on processes, geometric formations, and materials. This approach allows us to design built objects and spaces that consciously depart from the quotidian, offering alternatives that improve performance and resilience.

In our designs, we strive to:

- Minimize carbon footprint: Reduce our environmental impact.

- Promote sustainable systems and methods: Employ eco-friendly practices.

- Minimize energy consumption: Optimize energy efficiency.

- Implement optimal resource allocation: Utilize resources effectively.

- Enhance resilience in built or restored designs: Create structures that can withstand challenges.

- Promote a better quality of life: Improve living and working environments.

- We apply these principles to a wide range of projects, from single-family residential rehabilitations to large-scale industrial and infrastructure developments.

Given the opportunities that have arisen, Avant-Garde Engineering has also adapted to the application of our skills in real estate development and structural refurbishment, always grounded in the core principles of sustainability and resilience.
