Per Vitruvius, Firmitas, Utilitas, and Venustas are applied. To our practice, Engineering is meant to be evidenced through the Architectural design. No design gets accomplished without structure, construction, or energy issues unresolved; that is our design religion. Focus is not exclusive to engineering but always to holistic design. On every project we undertake, we commit to providing a positive result that shall make a better place than it was before our intervention. We aim to maximize energy efficiency through passive solar energy use, design buildings that are structurally sound, minimize risks, save our client’s wealth and not damage the environment.
